Buy a bell
We have a discount code as our bell which is just out of Warranty, so they gave us 30% discount
However it ends in December
We have to get a new bell but because there is discount already on all devices we cant use offer of 30%
So what was point in the offer.
They were not helpful just said thats how it is

I am encountering issues with the Ring Video Doorbell 4 where it fails to detect relevant events such as package deliveries (without a doorbell press), family members entering or leaving the house, or people walking right in front of the door while instead picking up people wandering in a park 200 meters away; this compromises our security. The camera's failure to accurately capture daily activities makes me consider switching to a different manufacturer and canceling my subscription.
While I initially attributed this failure to my internet connection, after switching to fiber internet, I have come to believe the issue lies with the device itself; even while I was working from home, the doorbell failed to detect people dropping brochures into the letterbox.
Additionally, the resolution drops significantly when motion is detected, and a clear video image only appears on the screen after a delay of several seconds. Do you have a solution for these problems?
